These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to everyone who uses couponadventures.com and the Coupon Adventures app (together, "Coupon Adventures," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Coupon Adventures is
Coupon Adventures is a local directory of businesses and their offers. The businesses listed ("merchants") create their own offers and are responsible for honoring them. We are not the restaurant, shop, or service provider, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a merchant.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create a customer account and at least 18 to list a business.
3. Using offers
Each offer is subject to the merchant's description, fine print, and end date. Unless an offer says otherwise: one redemption code per visit, offers have no cash value, and offers can't be combined. Offers that have ended can't be redeemed. If a merchant doesn't honor a valid offer, please tell us at ca@couponadventures.com.
4. Merchant plans and prices
Merchants can list a business on one of these plans:
- Free Basic: $0. See the Free Basic paragraph below.
- Founding Merchant: $149.99 per month, with a 30-day free trial. Available to new sign-ups until November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM Pacific. The Founding rate stays the same for as long as the subscription stays active. If the subscription is canceled and ends, the Founding rate can't be restored, except for Founding Merchants who switch to our Postcard Mailer package, who may return to the Founding rate if they later go back to an app-only plan.
- 1 Year Prepaid: $1,499, billed once per year.
- 6 Months Prepaid: $799, billed once every 6 months.
- Month to Month: $199.99 per month.
Free Basic listing: businesses can list for free with their name, category, address, phone, hours, one photo, and a short description. Free listings can't post offers, add more photos, add website or social media links, or add extra locations. If a paid plan ends, the listing continues as a Free Basic listing: offers are paused and extra content is hidden until the business upgrades again. We may remove free listings that are inaccurate, inactive, or break these Terms.
Postcard Mailer package: $500 per month for one city, plus $400 per month for each additional city, available in select cities. While a business is on the Postcard Mailer package, its app listing is included at no extra charge. If the Postcard Mailer package ends, the listing continues as a Free Basic listing, or the business can choose an app plan.
Prices are in US dollars. Promo codes, when offered, follow the terms shown with the code. Promo codes don't apply to prepaid plans.
5. Automatic renewal
All paid plans renew automatically at the same price until canceled. Your payment card is charged at the start of each billing period. For the Founding Merchant plan, the first charge happens when the free trial ends unless you cancel before then. We send a reminder email before a free trial ends and before a prepaid plan renews. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Canceling
You can cancel anytime online from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period or free trial, and your listing stays active until then. After that, the listing continues as a Free Basic listing. You can undo a cancellation any time before that date. If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged.
7. Refunds
Because cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, we don't give refunds or credits for partial months or for unused time on prepaid plans. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at ca@couponadventures.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll review it.
8. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must publish accurate business information and offers, honor their offers as published until the stated end date, and follow all laws that apply to their business and offers. Merchants must own or have permission to use the photos and content they upload. By uploading content, merchants allow us to display it on Coupon Adventures and in our marketing.
9. Things you may not do
You may not post fake or misleading offers, copy or scrape content from the site, misuse or resell redemption codes, interfere with the site, or use Coupon Adventures for anything illegal. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using Coupon Adventures at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. If we close a merchant account for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
11. Disclaimers and limits
Coupon Adventures is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that merchants will honor offers, that listings are error-free, or that the site will always be available. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Coupon Adventures is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll post the new date at the top of this page and, for merchants, notify you by email. If we change the price of a plan, we'll notify you before the new price applies and you can cancel before then. Founding Merchant rates remain locked as described in section 4.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
